Human First Training and Development
Hi, I'm Cami Rose and I'm the founder and principal coach/facilitator at Happy Human Training. I've been supporting folks with the tough stuff in their lives, both personal and professional, for decades. Happy Human is my passion project, the thing I've been waiting my whole life to do and I am delighted to welcome you to our programme of personal development of workshops.

It's been a long road to get here, but I am driven by a genuine belief that how we as humans feel affects what we do and the outcomes that we have, both personally and professionally. This means that our wellbeing is a crucial part of the lives we live and the work we do. Put simply, growing ourselves happier will make us more resilient, resourceful, and adaptable. There is, however, a challenge. This kind of growth takes the right kind of nurturing and the right kind of support. Fortunately, that's what we're all about!

Enhancing wellbeing means a type of learning that's not so much about what we know, but who we are - a type of learning that takes us to the very edge of our awareness and ability. It's about growing ourselves and sometimes that is TOUGH. Human First training respects the complexity of our experiences, our beliefs and our vulnerabilities and creates the safety we need to develop our awareness and new emotional skills.

Our workshops and programmes are designed, developed and delivered with the love, care and compassion that we want you to experience and grow in your lives. Innovative, kind and welcoming we'll offer all sorts of content to allow you to choose the topics that feel right for you.
